For cancellation made before 30 days of check-in date - No retention on the package amount
For cancellation made between 30 - 15 days of check-in date - 25% retention on the package amount
For cancellation made between 15 - 07 days of check-in date - 50% retention on the package amount
For cancellation made within 07 days of check-in date - 75% retention on the package amount
In case of no-show - 100% retention on the package amount

One child below 6yrs or 01 child below 12 yrs complimentary sharing parent's room without extra bed with all meals
For children between 6-12 years of age, extra child price is applicable
For children above 12 years of age, extra adult price is applicable
Extension of stay available on pro-rata basis, subject to availability of rooms
