I realy thakfull to everyone who arreanged me for this trip. This is nice experience in all the places we went except Coorg hotel.
Please consider some other hotel in Coorg. Venkateaswara Residency is ok but very poor room service and food quality.

You arranged Kerala trip from November 27 to December 3rd. Thanks for the great job done by Sunil / Jhansi. On the whole it is excellent trip. Your arrangement is of great help when the cab driver was bothering us a lot. One suggestion is, in Thekkedy boat booking should be done online as it is difficult to run early in the morning. And, it is better to book in KTDC Hotel (Aranya Nivas, located in National Park)rather than outside hotel. It is better to stay in Kovalam and visit Kanyakumari as the hotels there are not good. A small tip is, your travel voucher may add suggestion to carry torch light / umbrella for convenience. I look forward to have more association. Please keep me posted of group travel plans either within India or abroad as I am senior citizen and would prefer to travel in group rather than alone. Thanks to Ramakrishna Raju garu who introduced Travelmarg to me. I can firmly say that I would contact Travelmarg for travel needs of myself and my contacts. Close

We had a great trip to Pattaya(Coral Island,Nong nooch Village)and Bangkok. Arragements were excellent and according to the plan. Nong nooch village was awesome especially for newly married couples. Elephant show was great attraction here.
Trip to Coral Island was also great who can really enjoy water.Siam ocean water was good where we can find lots of species... Overall, we had a great and excellent trip with lots and lots of sweet memories.

This is the second time I associated with Travel Marg, first one being to Thailand and 2nd was my honeymoon trip to Ooty. As expected customer service is excellent. The way we were received at our destination, our hotel etc were very well arranged. I would like mention Ms Vijaya from Hyderabad office who has been truly remarkable in terms of taking care of arrangements. She has been very polite and very professional. She even called us up after we reached there and enquired if everything was fine. I seldom received such customer care.

Dear All,
I had booked a tailor made package for my honeymoon through travelmarg.com. I was very nervous initially as to this was my first trip through travelmarg. However, I was surprised for the response and services i received from travelmarg. They were extremely quick and very friendly when answering the queries during the finalisation and modification of the travel plan.
The package that i had booked was a 5 nights package consisting Wayanad (2 nights), Mysore & Srirangapattanam (1 night and Bangalore (2 nights) with a private car with pick up at Calicut Airport and drop at Bangalore Airportfor commencement and end of trip respectively. The driver provided for the cab was from Karnataka and hence he had good knowledge of the last two destinations ie Mysore & Srirangapattanam and Bangalore. The driver was very well mannered and presented himself appropriately. His driving skills were accordingly and was definitely not a rash driver which made our journey between the destinations all more pleasurable and enjoyable.
The resort that i had asked them in Wayanad was Vythiri Resort after reading the reviews over the internet. The property is a 4-star property and iam pleased that i chose it as the first destination for my trip. Extremely well maintained property. The check-in and check-out were quick and the Operations Manager at the property takes into account your personal requisitions. The contents of the package provided over the internet were all taken care off by the staff. They would themself give a call and remind the travellers of the complimentary services and book timings for them. The buffet meals (all three meals which are included in the package) were well served and had plenty of variety. Thefoodserved included a good variety of north indian receipies to which i was surprised.
Thestrong pointof this resort is definitely the location which isa good 5 km inside the forest from the main highway and the privacy for the rooms.I strongly recommend this hotel for honeymoon packers.
Our next destination was Mysore & Srirangapattanam. The hotel Crystal Park Inn selected by Travelmarg was of a average quality. Though I paid the difference as I wanted to stay at a higher category room as i always prefer spacious rooms. Hence the room i chose was a King Suite and i paid the difference of an extra Rs. 2,500. But the room was very spacious and included an LCD and a balcony. The food served here is average. The strong point for this hotel are the live music band which is played the Bar. Another very strong point about this hotel is the location of this hotel which is not very far from the Mysore Palace.The fact that i didnt like about this hotel is the complimentary breakfast served at this hotel. It is very basic and does not include non-veg food. Also, there is not a great variety of food served in the breakfast to be so called a "BUFFET BREAKFAST".
For the visit to Mysore Palace, i strongly advise to take a tour guide. While selecting the tour guide, kindly check the authorisation ofthe person to act as guide from the Mysore Palace Authority. Also verify the rates through the valid rate card provided by the authorities which is available with the guide. The rates are very nominal which is Rs. 350 for upto 4 persons. The guided tour will take approximately 45-50 minutes for the entire tour of the palace. But, the duration of the palace tour should be checked with the guide before hiring him. As I had read from the internet, i had asound idea thatthe guided tour of the entire Mysore Palace indeed takes approximately 50 minutes. The visit to this palace without a tour guide is of no use as it is a veryessential tool while exploring the historical sites and buildings. The interior of the palace contains very minute details of the facts which could not be discovered without the accompany of the tour guide. The palace is indeed beautiful from both the exterior and the interior portions. There is a government handicraft outlet just outside thepalace which is very reasonable forpurchasing the souvenirs.
In the evening wevisited the Brindavan Gardens which well maintained.The garden is very beautiful but there was nothing special about it as we could not sit and relax there as it was very crowded being the holiday season. Though the musical fountain organised in the evening is a good experience.
The package offered by travelmarg included a trip to the Mysore Zoo but i had requested it to be modified for a visit to Srirangapattanam instead as I am keen to explore the historical sites. Srirangapattanam is a historical place for its association with the Tipu Sultan.
Srirangapattanam lies enroute to Bangalore from Mysore. Hence, we had requested to the cab driver for it to be organised the next morning enroute to Bangalore to which he highly obliged. A visit to the Dariya Daulat Bagh (Summer Palace of Tipu Sultan) is a must. The paintings on the wall are mervellous and depict the battle fields of the battles fought by the Tiger of Mysore against the British. The palace is well maintained by the ASI (Archeological Survey of India). The garden is very beautiful. Again hiring of the tour guide is must as the palace is now treated as museum as well anddisplays facts and findings of the Tipu Sultan era. The real stories related to the paintings and Tipu Sultan could only be explored with the help of a good and sound knowledge possesing guide with which we were really lucky as we were accompanied by a guide who possesed a good knowledge about the facts of Srirangapattanam as a whole. The tomb of Tipu is not very far from the palace and is hardly a 5 minutes drive away. We could not find a guide here who would help us in identifying the graves of the family members of the ruler. However, the tombs of the ruler, his father and mother are inside the main building and and the people next to the shrine help you in giving some minor details of the tomb.
Our last destination was Bangalore and we had opted only for one day tour with travelmarg. The other was utilised by me forleasure and some shopping. The tour included the visit to the Vidhan Soudha, a beautiful building. However, for security reasons we were not allowed to halt and take snaps of such a beautiful building which is well understood. In the evening, we visited the Bangalore Palace and the Lal Bagh Gardens. The Bangalore Palace is now turned into a museum and is a well maintained property and the audio tour guide is of a great help while exploring the palace.
The visit to the Lal Bagh is a waste of time. There are no such good attractions inside the gardens as such to admire except for the lake is which is situated in a lonely corner of the garden.
The Infantry Hotel arranged by travelmarg for our stay in Bangalore was right in the heart of the city and on a walkable distance from the shopping area. The hotel was a good hotel. Although the room given to us by the reception was a smoking room. On our complaint they did not change our room but provided us with the room freshener spray which was not a good gesture on their behalf. The complimentary buffet breakfast offered by hotel had a good variety of veg as well as non-veg food and was indeed delicious.
All in all, the kind of services and the arrangements made by travelmarg were indeed excellent and i never felt sorry for choosing travelmarg as organizer for my honeymoon trip. I would strongly prefer travelmarg for the users of this review and to contact Vijaya from their office who has been very kind and responsive for our arrangements, querries and conducting such a lovely and memorable holiday for us.

The trip was customized as per our need.Initially we were little doubtful of the whole plan but now we can say that we had a memorable trip.All the hotels were very good and driver Mr.Nagrajan was very experienced and well behaved person.During our tour we visited wonderful Mysore palace ,saw wild animals freely moving in the Madumalai national park, Highest peak of Ooty and great botnical garden of Otty.Vijaya was very nice and cooperative. She coordinated out rour perfectly . Finally thanks to Travel Marg for organising a perfect trip.I shall share all good experience with my friends and would like to plan another trip in future. I thank travel marg on behalf of Mr. Y Ramkishan and family to have organised the tour with complete planning except for the few programmes being cancelld on account of the floods in Bangkok. It was fun and the places covered in the itenary were all worth seeing. The tourist buses and hotels were luxurious except for the water scarcity in those countries. So, it would be more glad if prior information regarding the water supply was provided so that we would make our own arrangements wherever we plan to go for the day. Also i personally think that we should be given time to shop in Indian markets in Kuala Lampur and Singapore than in the city malls which are extremely costly. On the whole it was a remarkable trip.Thank you!

A bit dissappointed with the beach view of our so called 'beach view room'....but its private beach and the sea food restuarant 'Bait'was excellent...The taste of the grilled fish that we had , still lingers on.

We went to Malaysia (KL, Genting, Penanag + Cruise). It was very well arranged by the TravelMarg team at a reasonable price. They provided numerous customized packages to meet the requirements within the budget. The executive at TravelMarg Hyderabad (Ms. Vijaya) was so cooperative and patient in working out dozens of different options in Asia and our choice was simplified as their tag line says "Choice Simplified" :)

We are very confortable with driver's approach.
The Hotel Infantry in Bangalore was good. The recieving and food was good.
The Crystal Park Inn hotel in mysore was average. The room was quiet okay but the bed in the room looks likedouble bedroom given for a couple. When we book a room for couple we expect that the bed given will be of bouble cot but not two single cots combined.
The hotel Ponmari residency in Ooty was average. The way of recieving was not good. The reciptionist is not even able to check in the system and know when the guest is expected to visit. When i shown my itenary he said Ponmari is not existing in the list. Thereciptionistimpression was that by mistake we went to ooty instead of going to mysore. And they even dont know whether the breakfast comes under complimentary or not when the package was booked.
While i am checking out of the hotel he charged me with 400 rs bill for breakfast which i said was complimentary. Thanks to travelmarg for imediate response to my call though that was not the office hours.

The trip organised by Travel Marg was good. The facilities provided for Travel and accomodation was good in general. The Hotel rooms at Bangalore and Mysore were good. But in Coorg the Hotel was far of from the town and not had sufficient amenities. We have visited most of the places in Banglore and Mysore except Lal bagh. Due to Health reasons we couldn't visit 2 spots in Coorg. Otherwise the trip was enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to Ms. Roja for her co ordination. Close

trip was excellent but we face little bit problem in first day. our half day citytour in KL on 3rd april 13.45 hours. when we are on time as per travel agent was told but no cab was came on time after half an hour when i call back to their agent Mr. etan on 0192738877 no he replied your half day city tour is on 4th april morning 9.30 am. but yesterday their agent also told us and as per travelmarg itinary we have a print out with my hand on 3rd april. Later lot of discussion they arranged a cab on same date. due to that we delayed 2 hours on that day and our city tour started around 3.30 on same. regarding this issued that agent give complimentary dinner on d tandoor plaza. apart from this total trip was excellent. all drivers are cooperative. we stayed at the taj vivanta at maldives in the water villa room, the place is so open and waters so deep and clear that the mind was at ease reaching the shore. the beds comfy and inducing sleep anytime of the day.... it was amazing! the hotel staff was good everywhere especially at the open grill resto however the latitude restaurant staff need some training on how to behave with guests. they seemed poor listeners and slow service most mornings.

First of all Thanks to Vijaya(Travel Marg employer) and Jayanta throught their support for my memorable trip to North East India.
Most admirable places in my trip are Sunrise point in Darjeeling and Kachenjunga falls. Got the right package that suits to my budget. But the tour to Thailand was really amazing as stated in your advertisement. The best thing in our tour is the accommodation and the transport. I was really worried when I was going because this is my first International tour with my wife. Although I am a frequent Flier regarding my job but, this is first time I am flying with my wife that to for my Honeymoon after my marriage. The only thing I just wanted to suggest is that please add ALCAZAR Show and the SAFARI tour in Bangkok in your tour which makes more amazing. However I am very pleased how the tour went will surely go to another tour with Travelmarg in this year to Singapore and Malaysia probably in the month of November if there is an attractive package by then. We would like to thank travelmarg for arranging better stay and a good cab driver for Best of ooty-kodaikanal trip.Stayed at Welbeck residency in ooty. The staff is not much cooperative. Food is Ok.Service is also ok. Hotel grand palace in kodai, doesn't have room service but we were able to enjoy the good food outside the hotel.Overall the stay is ok and comfortable.Cab driver is very helpful and took us good places. It was our First Anniversary and i was looking for the best package available for Goa which brought me to TravelMarg.Com.

The sales person "Jhansi" was very supportive and gave multiple options suiting my requirement which was for a 4 Star property close to the beach.So, we finalized " Fortune Select Regina" which was part of ITC group and was supported by very positive reviews.
We booked the complete package for 2 Nights / 3 Days in a Luxury room including the Return Airfare tickets & Full Meal plan (Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner) which turned out to be very cost effective as TravelMarg had some special rates from Jet Airways.

We reached Goa and was taken to the Resort in a private A/C vehicle. The Resort was beautiful with exotic view of the pool and amazing landscapes.The beach closest to the resort is just 10 Mnts walk down the road. This beachwas amongst the best as it is not that crowded as compared to any other beach like Baga/ Calangute.

The Resort serves amazing Buffet all through whether it's Breakfast /Lunch Or Dinner ...You really need to walk alot to digest your food before the next meal.
Just outside the Resort , Two wheelers are available which you can rent and roam around on your own which is a great experience on it's own.

Overall we had a great memorable trip and would look forward to TravelMarg for any of my future Holiday planning as well.

I went to Munnar-Kumarakom for 4D/N package booked with travelmarg.com. Guys at this place were quite courteous and were willing to customize the trip as per my need and suggestions. This was very kind of executives at TravelMarg.com.

Accomodation provided at Munnar was average since the service of Ayur County was pathetic, however, rooms were kind of OK. I had to change the room initially allotted to me since it was in a very bad shape with insects all over the place in the room. Room view was excellent but it was let down by the services provided by resort staff.

Instead of cribbing abt Ayur County, I would like iterate about my stay in Kumarakom. Here we were provided with 4 star resort i.e. Cocobay. This is an excellent place to stay with panoramic view of the lake and a very peaceful location. This is a 4 star rated resort but the services/location/ambience was not less than a 5 star resort. I would like to rate this resort as 10/10, thanks to travelmarg for providing such wonderful memories at this place.

Overall experience was quite nice and I would definitely recommend this travel agency to my friends and family (have already recommended to couple of my friends :))

I would specifically like to thank the Travel Marg team for their suggestions of the hotels in Pattaya and Bangkok. The travel arrangements were up to the mark or I would say more than expected.The bookings were smooth, the response was quick, the hotel suggestions were great, the pick up and drop was on time. In Pattaya Hotel Siam Bay View was GR8, Hotel Imperial Tara was also good but after the stay in Pattaya, it was out of place.There should have been a guide in Bangkok as it was provided in Pattaya. Secondly the travel from Pattaya to Bangkok was in SIC with two changes to reach the hotel...consumed more time. Hats off to the front desk lady Vijaya of travel marg for fantatic follow up. I had reserved through your travel site for a 3N/4D stay at Green Gates Hotel, Wayanad. There are no words to describe the feeling that our family had while we stayed there.
The Reception, Rooms, Room Service, Food, Travel were excellent. We were shuddering what we were in store with regard to food etc for our son since that part of Kerala is not known for good food. But to our dismay and delight, the food was excellent and the menu was also A1.
Thanks to Travel Marg for making our tour programme a pleasure and a memorable one. We infact, have strongly recommended this hotel to some of our friends who will be visiting this place shortly. Thanks again.

The tour package customized for us by Travel Marg is very good and the same was according to our choice. The driver was very prompt, courteous and very cooperative. More over the driver was not given the details of Itinerary. He is not aware of any of the hotels arranged for the tourists under the packages and also do not know the location of the hotels. The hotels allotted to us are good and up to the mark the service was also good. The vehicle arranged for us (TATA INDICA Diesel KA 3D 1958) car was already driven about 1, 20,000 KMS and it is not safe to use such a vehicle in ghat section like OOTY,KODAI CANAL. The tires became flat, and twice got punctured. The vehicle was giving trouble while traveling on the ghat section. There is every possibility of sudden break down of the vehicle. The driver was also given hectic schedule without rest. We were dropped at Yeswantpur RLY station on 27/5/10 and the driver was given another tour trip of Mysore, Ooty, Kodai , Canal (6days tour) with same vehicle immediately and directed to pick up the tourists from Yeswantpur RLY station at 8.00PM on 27/5/2010. Restless driving and hectic schedule without gap of even one day may cause human mistakes while driving and it is nothing but running risk with the lives of the tourists, and any such mistake cannot be compensated in any terms. However we enjoyed the trip. Since we have not carried any camera there are no photographs which can be attached. We have taken all instant one minute photographs at the places we visited and wherever necessary. My sincere suggestion is to check up with the condition of the vehicle and the schedule of the driver who was allotted to drive the tour. Firstly thank you so much for your assistance in making this trip to Kerala possible. I really appreciate the way your representative Shilpa, helped us to plan and book the trip. She very methodical and clear in the way the deal was closed, she had calledme numerous times (mostly on my request, I should add) to finalize the minute details of the trip much appreciated. Also I should add that your representative in Cochin (Sudhir, if i recall his name correctly) was helpful and faciliated contacting the driver and the cab.
I must also add that the cab and the driver did exceed our expectations. The driver was really well behaved and very friendly which made the trip more smooth and enjoyable.
Also Shilpa has called us during the trip multiple times to ensure the things were moving smootly, I really appreciate and congratulate TravelMarg for taking care of us.
Having said so Iwould like to add the following points, hoping it will help TravelMarg in their future endeavours:

1.It would be wonderful if you can allow the customers to customize the tour plan(like changing the number of days at each location, rather than following a fixed plan, of course the customization has to be done before the trip is finalized and I am no way suggesting it to be changedonce the trip is underway asI know that would be logistically impossible.
2. The quality of houseboats: I was supposed to get a delux houseboat, But what I go was pathetic to say the least. The quality, service and the experience was bad, that was a bit upsetting as that part was supposed to be the best moments of the trip, Please check the quality of the houseboats as a "Delux" is promised and what we got was pathetic.

One Night High Sea Cruise on Aquamarine was a GREAT EXPERIENCE, Full on Fun, Its pure Family Entertainment- Dance, Music, Buffet Dinners, Deserts, Brunches, Lunches sports, swimming, Gambling, Sun Bath - something for everyone to enjoy!, My Son said, 1 Night was not enough, next time we should take a trip of Maldives or Colombo, only Negative they do not allow u to carry yr own Alcohol, that is still fine, but then what Alcohol they sell on Ship is too expensive, certainly not value for Money for any type of Drinks, can Organisers be more considerate on this aspect, Rest All Wonderful, U get to see Dolphins also at Kochi Port.

One pleasant surprise experience, upon disembarkation from the Cruise, we forgot one of our Suitcase outside Customs area, and drove back to our destination in the City, where we realised it, but when we came back to the Port, we found Suitcase as it is on the same spot where we left it behind, not even moved a Inch, but still my Son got disappointed, as it was his bag, and he missed the opportunity to get all new Clothes!

Drivers should know English without which there's no conversation possible and makes things very difficult for the tourists. ( Our Reply: We will take care of your suggestion in our future bookings )
Distances between places, approximate time for travel, weather in all destinations should be clearly mentioned in the travel voucher. ( Our Reply: We have mentioned distance between two places in the voucher and about approximate travel time and weather we will try to input the same in our vouchers henceforth.Thanks for your valuable feedback )
Overall we had a very pleasant experience and I'll certainly look at TravelMarg for my future holiday plans.

I thank you so much for your help, response and support.
I would suggest one thing: The hotel Lakeshore Inn was not as good as C7 or House boat; The location Tekkadi is also not so appreciative as munnar or Allepy.
Instead of 3 locations, If you could plan for two locations like Munnar 3 days and Alleppy 1 day that was very good because we had taken so much time to travel from Munnar to Tekkadi and we couldn?t enjoy so much after a hectic journey
BTW The Journey from Munnar to Tekkady and spending time in house boat were awesome? Close

As a whole, Hotel Green Gates was a really nice experience. Hearing that it ranks sixth amongts some 18 featured places of stay in Wayanad, we perhaps had a lowered bar of expectation. But we found the rooms comfortable. We were given two deluxe rooms for four of us. Roomy, clean and efficient. Service: Business hotel standard. well, almost. (You can't expect the same pace of service as you would in a brisk city hotel in a resort-like place like The Green Gates.).
Food was excellent. In our Christmas package we had all our meals included in the plan. Exciting menus. Authentic cooking and no attempts at cutting corners with quantities, even with prawn dishes (supposed to be expensive) in their Christmas buffet.
The staff was polite and efficient. Checking in and out was very smooth. No ugly surprises, like, "Oh , but we have to charge you for car parking space".
Sore points:
1. The Ayurvedic spa needs improvement. My wife feels that the lone masseuse doesn't know even the basics of massaging.
Resort clarification: Our Masseuses are well experienced & working with us for long time. Even though we will ensure that this kinds of complaints will not happen again.
2. No air-conditioning even in those so-called deluxe rooms.
Resort clarification: Our Deluxe rooms are not air conditioned & in Wayanad?s climate hardly needs Air conditioner.

It was an excellet trip. Taxi Driver was very friendly and punctual through out the trip. Stay in Whispering Meadows was good though we did'nt find the food tasty. Food served in the Houseboat was excellent.Only glitch in the whole trip was that the Houseboat was anchored in front of a village instead of some agricultural land(Paddy Fields) as other houseboats did.The villagers were staring at us.That was quite embarassing.The reason was that the Houseboat driver's home was in that village. So he anchored the boat and went to his house that night. Cook alone was staying in the Houseboat. Please take care of this in future so that he anchors the boat in front of some paddy fields.
Apart from this everything went well. I would like to thank TravelMarg ( Especially Ms. Shilpa ) for making this trip very memorable.

Last monsoon (2008) along with my friends, we booked a package at Taj Exotica in Goa. The resort is one of the best in South Goa. We were 3 families with 6 kids. The kids had a very great time at the resort, pool and the beach.

We did the booking through Travelmarg.com and their service was great. Travelmarg mentioned every detail of the package on the Voucher and provided some local information on the voucher which was also very helpful. If any of you guys are visiting Goa try lunch or dinner at Martins Corner. It has the best food in South Goa. Close

The inital hesitance of booking a trip online without any sort of references or reccomendations dimineshed when we were warmly welcomed by the Whispering Palms Beach Resort team. Our stay was very comfortable especially due tothe variety of delicious food offered and the spacious rooms.

We live in Hyderabad and wanted to go somewhere nearby for the long week end during Dasara. Based on web searches we eventually zeroed down to Leonia and we don't have regrets. We made the booking through Travel Marg and their service was very good. They even gave follow up calls before, during and after the trip to check if there were any issues to be sorted out. We stayed in the Leo Lagoon Bay and the package included breakfast. The rooms were well-maintained and have access to the pool from the balcony. The kids had a great time at the water park as well. In door game facilities were good as was the children's park. Food at Bistro was excellent and service was likewise. Except for a few small glitches, the stay was very good. I would certainly go back to Leonia. For the package price charged, I felt, they should have included food for all three times a day. Close

Dear TravelMarg When firstly I took your package I was wondering that is 4days/5nights will be long enough to spare at Gangtok and Darjeeling but alas! when we were at the beautiful tips of breathtaking mountains and snow covered mountains we were thinking no the tour is really a short enough. Well the basic amenities and well furnished hotel in Gangtok received us hearty. You gave us the best room in the town as far as I can know as we were able to see whole of the Gangtok from our balcony. The room comprised of one good wooden architecture bedroom, one balcony that too valley facing, bathtub, and our dinner table at the top of the hotel and totally opposite to the rope way. The sight seeing was fantastic with my wife, who always insisting me to click pics here and there as all were so picturistic. the courtesy of hotel staff was also at par, food was great and room service was excellent.
