This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which www.travelmarg.com provides the information and services on the said site, as well as terms and conditions governing your use of this site. "TravelMarg.com Services" means and include online and offline services provided for hotel, resort or package tour bookings and includes but not limited to travel ticket booking facilities provided by TravelMarg.com, newsletter, price alerts, top deals/offers etc., and such other services added in due course.
"Site or TravelMarg.com" means the site www.travelmarg.com and other sites owned, operated and controlled by M/s.EasyWay Technologies Private Limited., a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at: H.NO 1-8-450/1/A-36, Plot No A-36, Indian Airlines Employees Housing Colony, Prakash Nagar, Secunderabad - 500003, India.
"Supplier" means any person/legal entity etc., who offers accommodation or deal for booking or his services, through TravelMarg.com Site.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
TravelMarg.com provides services which include online and offline accommodation booking, package tours, travel guide, ticket booking services for your convenience and such other services provided in the site from time to time. By making use of this site, you shall be presumed to have agreed to the terms and conditions have outlined below. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, you are requested not to use or access the site any further.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS:
TravelMarg.com has the right to change, modify, adds or removes any terms or conditions of the Agreement without any notice or liability to you. Such changes will be effective immediately following the posting on the site and you agree to be bound by such changes in the Agreement.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND TravelMarg.com:
This User Agreement along with our Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Disclaimer and all the notices/messages posted on the site related to the same, along with modifications/amendments made from time to time, constitute a legally binding agreement (collectively called "Agreement") between you and TravelMarg.com. Travel marg will not be liable for any loss that be incurred by the user as a result of unauthorized use of his password or account, either with or without registered user knowledge. The user shall not use anyone else password at any time.

Your email address is kept as your confidential information and is not disclosed to any third party unless required under law.
Offer Ratings:
  1. Average ratings are provided about a resort or hotel or an offer on the TravelMarg.com site. These rating are provided by the resort/hotel owners based on third party resources and/or given by the users. TravelMarg.com is not liable for accuracy or correctness of such rating provided by the Supplier or users.
  2. Users are allowed to rate an offer provided on the site. Such ratings are the mere opinions of the users without any binding value and TravelMarg.com does not represent any authenticity or truthfulness of such reviews and ratings. If you rely on such opinion on rating, you declare that you are doing so at your own risk.
  3. The advertisers/sponsors of TravelMarg.com provide link to their sites and services for your convenience at TravelMarg.com site. If you click on the links or use the links, you are directed to such sites and you agree to do so at your own sole discretion.
Refer a Friend Facility:
You can refer an offer/deal to a friend by using refer a friend service which is free of cost, following the procedure provided therein.
Booking Policy:
Your request for accommodation booking shall be processed in within 24 hrs positively and you shall be intimated of availability or non-availability of the offer depending on accommodation availability within 24 hrs of your request. In case of availability of accommodation you shall receive a confirmation mail consisting of payment link using which you can book your deal online. You acknowledge and agree that such offers provided by Suppliers on TravelMarg.com are merely invitations to offer and your request for accommodation or offer availability are not an absolute or binding contract between you and Supplier. Your request is subject to acceptance or rejection by the Supplier depending on accommodation availability.
Booking of Tickets:
  1. TravelMarg.com provided offline booking of tickets through its Customer Care Service. You can contact TravelMarg.com Customer Care at numbers provided in the site. The booking of tickets is subject to availability and you agree to pay for services charges as applicable for the booking services. You can also visit the TravelMarg.com office at: H.NO 1-8-450/1/A-36, Plot No A-36, Indian Airlines Employees Housing Colony, Prakash Nagar, Secunderabad - 500003, India., for booking of your tickets.
  2. You're booking request for accommodation/deal, tickets etc. shall be promptly forwarded to the Supplier by TravelMarg.com. It is the sole responsibility of the Supplier to provide the services as offered in an offer or deal. The maximum liability of TravelMarg.com is strictly limited to terms of service of this agreement and not to hold TravelMarg.com liable for any deficiency in services offered in an offer or deal including availed by you from Supplier
  3. TravelMarg.com does not guarantee, warranty or make representations regarding the quality, authenticity or accuracy of offers, services, deals offered by Suppliers. The guarantee, warranty representations are provided by the Supplier of the offer. You agree not to hold TravelMarg.com liable in any claim against the Supplier for warranty, guarantee or representations made for the offers or deals or services.
  4. Complete liability and responsibility for the services promised in an offer/deal lies with Supplier and Supplier is responsible to you for the performance or delivery of services offered under the offer/deal. TravelMarg.com is neither liable nor responsible for performance or delivery of services promised by the Supplier.

When you agree to subscribe to TravelMarg.com services, you are required to provide your act details, address etc. You agree to provide accurate information and not to provide any false, incorrect or false information.   2. All the pricing and offers provided by suppliers on TravelMarg.com are invitation to offer and are confirmation of the same are subject to accommodation and price availability on the discretion of the Supplier.
  3. TravelMarg.com provides these services as means of convenience and no where TravelMarg.com is involved in such services offered by the Suppliers. The transactions made by you at TravelMarg.com are between you and the Supplier and TravelMarg.com is not liable or responsible for any such third party transaction made by you at the store or with the Supplier. The booking made by you at TravelMarg.com is strictly a bipartite contract between you and Supplier. You hereby agree not to hold or involve TravelMarg.com as a party for any transactional claims or actions made against the Supplier.
  4. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. In respect of any dispute, claim, proceeding or action brought against TravelMarg.com under the Agreement, courts of Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  5. Any use or access to the site or use of any content thereof by you indicates your acknowledgement and consent to the terms of the Agreement. You represent that you are above 18 years of age and competent to contract. If you are below 18 years of age or you do not agree to any provisions of the Agreement, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer or any notice related to the same, please do not use or access this site. If you use or access the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the Agreement or policies from time to time.
  6. Any clause of the Agreement if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the Agreement.

  8. UNLESS otherwise specified, the TravelMarg.com websites are for the user's personal use and not for commercial use. The user may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the TravelMarg.com website without express written approval from TravelMarg.com.
  9. Travel Guide and Distance Calculator:
    • TravelMarg.com provides a travel guide and distance calculator for your convenience on TravelMarg.com site. The information provided in travel guide and distance calculator are collected from third party resources and TravelMarg.com does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy or correctness of such information provided. You agree that if you rely on such information, you do the same at your own sole discretion and TravelMarg.com is not liable for any claims or loss suffered by you as a result of using such information.
    • You can write a review of a Resort/Hotel or submit travel guide at TravelMarg.com for convenience of other users. You can upload images for the purpose of providing travel information to other users. The information provided by you shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading. You agree that you shall not provide or upload any obscene, indecent, pornographic content prohibited under the law and not to breach the IPR rights of others. In case of any violation of the same you shall be liable under the applicable law.
    • TravelMarg.com is not liable for any information provided by a user by way of review or travel guide submitted at TravelMarg.com. You declare that if you rely on information provided in such review or travel guide, you do so at your own sole risk.
  10. Terms and conditions for user uploaded photos:
    • Photo/s uploaded by you to be shown on home page may be resized or modified
    • Photo/s uploaded by you may be shown on any page of TravelMarg.com
    • Photo/s can be removed at any time without prior notice
    • Photo/s uploaded by you to be shown on the TravelMarg.com are not guaranteed to be shown on TravelMarg.com
    • By uploading photo/s you agree that you are the owner of the photos and have complete rights on the photos and that you have the rights to publish them on our site
    • Photo/s approved by TravelMarg.com and shown on site can be removed from the site at any time without notice

    All online payments that happen for any of the products booked via www.travelmarg.com site are secure. TravelMarg.com does not store the credit card details of any customer in their database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred to the bank site. The card details are captured on the credit card site and not in our site; hence TravelMarg.com cannot be held responsible for any misuse of credit card what so ever.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of your booking varies according to offers/deal availed by you. When you book an accommodation/deal from Supplier on TravelMarg.com you agree to be bound the Cancellation policy provided by such Supplier. You agree to not to hold TravelMarg.com liable in any claim for cancellation or refund against the Supplier.

The information on price, availability and services is provided by the Supplier. TravelMarg.com is not liable for any false or incorrect information provided by any Supplier. You agree not to hold TravelMarg.com liable for such variation or non-availability of the price or offers with the Supplier.
COPY RIGHTS AND TRADEMARK NOTICES:
Trademarks and Logos of TravelMarg.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and the related sites are the Intellectual Property of EasyWay Technologies Private Limited. and are protected by copy rights, trade marks or other intellectual property rights and laws. User agrees not to use the same in connection with any product or service not related to EasyWay Technologies Private Limited.
ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE PROVISIONS:
Should any of these terms and conditions be held invalid, that invalid provision shall be construed to be consistent with the applicable law, and in a manner so as to remain consist with the original intent of TravelMarg.com provisions not otherwise held invalid shall remain in force.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Information concerning EasyWay Technologies Private Limited or TravelMarg.com or any of its subsidiaries, their employees, customers, agents, suppliers, franchisees, affiliates, or others on whom data collected, stored, or processed is the property of EasyWay Technologies Private Limited.
INDEMNIFICATION:
User(You) agree to release and indemnify TravelMarg.com and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequences of any of the actions of the Users of the site and specifically waive any claims that you may having in this behalf under any applicable law. Notwithstanding its reasonable efforts in that behalf, TravelMarg.com cannot control the information provided by other Users which is made available on the Site.
User(You) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TravelMarg.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses including attorney's fees caused by or arising out of claims based upon the User's actions or inactions, including but not limited to any warranties, representations or Undertakings or in relation to non-fulfillment of any of its obligations under this Agreement or arising out User's infringement of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, loss of service by other Users and infringement of Intellectual Property Rights or other rights. This clause shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
TERMINATION POLICY:
TravelMarg.com may terminate services to the Users who are not complying with the terms and conditions or on such other conditions with immediate effect without notice to the User without any liability. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief against TravelMarg.com and its third party service providers under law or in equity.
      Upon termination of user agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to TravelMarg.com and third party providers as applicable.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. In respect of any dispute, claim, proceeding or action brought against TravelMarg.com under the Agreement, the courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or un-enforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
