Singapore visa process

Required 14-A and all other forms duly Filled and Signed by the Applicant and should be taken clear photocopy of the forms, ( Light or bad photocopy of the forms will not be accepted ).
2 recent passport sized colour photograph with white back ground (with matt or semi matt finish) (35mm wide by 45mm high) without border and taken within the last 3 months; taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his / her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's feature. The facial image must be between 25mm to 35mm from chin to crown.
Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
Occupation proof of the applicant.
If salaried, required 3 months salary slip and I-card of the company or NOC from the company.
If proprietor of the company then required Company letter head with signatures and mobile no.
Tour confirmation / Hotel Confirmation from Singapore.
