For cancellation made before 7 days of check-in date - no retention on the package price
For cancellation made between 6 - 3 days of check-in date - 1 night retention on the package price
For cancellation made within 3 days of check-in date - 2 night retention on the package price
Confirmed booking turned as No Show - 100% retention on the package price
