Description: Goan Heritage has a total of 75 rooms of which except the 16 standard rooms balance all deluxe and suite rooms face the sea. One could relax and listen to the lashing waves or just laze in the pool/poolside and watch the evening sunset. Facilities: Our resort provides a leisure centre offering an array of relaxing service like back and neck therapies, reflexology and therapeutic massage. Visit the beauty parlour for a manicure, pedicure, hairstyling, facial. Excursions take you to a seaside and riverine beauty spots - Old Goa, The Backwaters, Bird Sanctuary, Grande Island - or shopping to Panjim or Mapusa. Cycle and motorbike hire can be arranged. Goa is an ideal location for conferences. Our 76 seat capacity conference hall is well equipped with the required infrastructure.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation made before 15 days of check-in date - 25% retention on the package price
For cancellation made before 7 days of check-in date - 50% retention on the package price
For cancellation made before 3 days of check-in date - 75% retention on the package price
For cancellation made within 3 days of check-in date - Full retention on the package price

For children below 5 years is complimentary without extra bed in parents room
For children between 5-12 years, extra child price is applicable
For children above 12 years, extra adult price is applicable
