Introduction: The Ginger hotel is located inside the Techno park campus and is 20-30 minutes drive away from the city center and 15 minutes drive by car from the airport. This campus is about half way en route to the beaches of Kovalam and takes about 20 minutes to either Kovalam or Thiruvananthapuram.

Description: The hotel has Standard and Superior rooms. While all services and facilities in both the rooms are the same, the Superior rooms are bigger in size in comparison to the Standard rooms. The rooms are compact with an inbuilt cupboard on the wall, television fitted on the wall, drinking water, tea and coffee maker, phone connection and Wi-Fi facility. The bathrooms are small with a shower cubicle and basic amenities like soap, shampoo and hot and cold running water.

Facilities: A non-smoking hotel, it has a gymnasium that sports all the necessary equipment like a treadmill, exercise cycle, boxing bag and weights. The hotel also has a Meeting Room and Business Centre that is equipped with a cyber cafe, scanner, colour printer, facsimile, and photocopier and Wi-Fi cards.
